Policy to prevent and manage potential conflicts of interest
In accordance with regulation, 21 Centrale Partners S.A. has a policy for preventing and managing potential conflicts of interest to detect and, if necessary, to deal equitably conflicts of interest which may arise in conducting activities. The identification of conflicts of interest led 21 Centrale Partners to develop a mapping of the main sources of potential conflicts of interest resulting from its organization and/or its activities which could be detrimental to the interests of its clients.

Policy for voting rights exercise
In accordance with articles 314-100 to 314-102 of the General Regulation of the French Market Authority, 21 Centrale Partners S.A. has an voting rights policy to define the conditions whereby it intends to exercise voting rights attached to listed shares which may be held by the private equity funds it manages. The exercise of voting rights aims to preserve the interests of investors in the private equity funds managed by 21 Centrale Partners S.A. 21 Centrale Partners produces and annual report on the exercise of such voting rights, available to any investor upon request to the management company.

Customer complaints management
In accordance with the article 313-8 of the General Regulation of the AMF and AMF instruction No. 2012-07, 21 Centrale Partners S.A. has a procedure for the management of customer complaints.
Only statements regarding customer dissatisfaction against 21 Centrale Partners SA are concerned. Information requests, advice, clarification or service delivery are thus excluded from this policy.
